Just a few pics from the Captain America movie and one major concern to me about it

I had heard that they had said the makers of the film did not want to make this into a flag waving movie about the USA. Well, then they don't know Cap then because that wwhy Cap was created ..." born in an hour on need". And go back and check some of his greatest issues and how he loves that he defends his country and for God's sakes, his name is Captaun AMERICA!

I just watched all of the mini episodes and I love The Avengers show...

I was very pleased with the artwork and voices(except for Iron Man) and to see a lot of Marvel's history( seeing Wolverine fighting on the front lines with Cap) blew me away. I can't wait to see what happens next, I will be watching Weds night...

Sorry I've been away from the blog, but it was due to the birth of my little girl

and future fan of Marvel Comics, Aaliyah Jones, she was born Sept 13

Comic Of The Week-Wolverine(vol.4)#1

To just say that this is just another Wolvie comic is a very huge understatement. Readers are along for one of the craziest rides Logan has ever taken. We know he's going to hell, but we are finding out how he got there and who's helping to get him back.

the Cosmic Cube in the Cap movie?

A couple of people have read a copy of the screenplay and mentioned that the Red Skull finds it in a tomb. If this does happen, then oh boy......

Comic Of the Week: Siege #4

Sadly, a lot of comic book "reviewers" saw this as an weak ending but if you've been following the storyline and everything around the story it made sense, from the fall of Norman Osborn to the death of The Void, this is a must have for all Marvel fans...

Movie Of the Week--Iron Man 2

The first thing I learned a long time ago is that you don't pay attention to "reviewers", they like forgien films about nothing. I always come into any movie with an open mind and i can honestly tell you I really enjoyed this movie. The only problem i had was there wasn't enough Whiplash in it. From understandstanding the underlining in it ( who really had enough resources to help Justin Hammer with the armor ? i know who, hint: think long time foe introduced during the first film) to the surprise Thor ending after the credits, it was worth my time. I can't wait for the dvd.

Comic Of The Week The New Avengers (vol 2) #1

i just got it and I'm very pleased with it. From the rebuilding of Avengers Mansion to the mystic storyline. the $1 downpayment for the ownership of it is funny as hell and the lineup is very intresting. To see Luke Cage lead a team of Avengers is great as well as seeing him lead Spider man,Wolverine,The Thing,Hawkeye,Mockingbird,Ms Marvel and his family including his old partner Iron Fist as well as having their assistant is looking good to me. Pick it up if you have the chance.

Comic Of The Week Captain America #6

This issue leads into Seige, the big event that has already started. I was impressed with the entire series including the finale, which Steve Rogers finally comes back as himself after the Red Skull takes over his body, then turning into the ginat Skull and being taken down by both Cap and Bucky and other Avengers.
